6. During the very first use of your hot plate, it's important to set it to a low temperature for about 3-5 minutes. This gentle heating evaporates the protective film on the surface, which may produce a light smoke. Rest assured, this is completely normal and will not reoccur in future uses.
7. For optimal performance, make sure that any utensils placed on the hot plate have a smooth bottom and a diameter that perfectly corresponds to the size of the hot plate. This ensures even heating and efficiency.
8. It's crucial that the cooking vessel's base matches the size of the electric heating plate. If the chassis is smaller, it can diminish the effective heating area, impacting your cooking experience.
9. Vessels with uneven bottoms, whether concave or convex, are not suitable for use on the hot plate. Ensure the bottom is flat for effective and even heating.
